This contemplative and evocative evening will feature poetry, prayer and song as we reach inward to prepare for the work of t’shuvah (repentance).  I am especially looking forward to sharing a personal adaptation of a classic story by I. L. Peretz that will help set the stage for our reflections.  We’ll conclude with exchanging the regular covers of our Torah scrolls for the white of the High Holidays before enjoying some light refreshments.
I hope that you will be able to join us for this beautiful service as we cross the threshold to our festival season!
