Blintzes at Beth El

Join us in the Beth El kitchen to share another delicious aspect of Shavuot — cheese blintzes! Whether you’re an experienced blintz-maker or are hoping to learn more about this delicate and tasty art, or would just enjoy some good company, all are welcome. If you have a crepe pan or 9″+ nonstick fry pan, bring it along, but we’ll also have a few to share. If you have a container to bring your blintzes home in, bring that along. We will provide ingredients for blintzes and traditional cheese filling — if you’d like to bring any other fillings, feel free. A donation of $10 to cover ingredients is requested. Please RSVP so we can plan our purchases, but don’t let having forgotten to RSVP be the reason you don’t show up. Childcare on site may be available — please let us know if that would make it possible for you to attend.
