Mindfulness Meditation Series

When

Monday, February 13, 2023
11:00am

Dates: Wednesdays through March 29 at 11:00am (Zoom only)

Following the initial six sessions of Mindfulness Meditation offered by David Daniel, by participant request, teachings and meditations are continuing. You are invited to join these sessions, whether or not you’ve attended any of the previous sessions. Subjects of recent sessions, taught by David Daniel as well as other participants, have included gratitude, doubt, dealing with anxiety and pain, and trust/faith.

  • Sessions include a brief beginning meditation, a talk on a particular subject, followed by a guided meditation on that subject, then a discussion in which participants are welcome to join in, or just listen.
  • Occasionally a different person may teach and lead a meditation on a particular subject.
  • There is an opportunity to say a prayer for healing and Kaddish Yatom if anyone wishes.
  • Sessions are open to the Beth El community as well as the wider community. Participants are welcome to attend one or all sessions. There is no charge, but if participants find the sessions to have value for them, a donation to Beth El is encouraged.
  • Anyone interested can access the Zoom at this link.
