Event Submission Form for Publicity

Before filling out this form, please confirm scheduling with the Beth El office for your event. Then use this form to list an upcoming event in the "Mah Chadash?" weekly e-newsletter and on the Beth El home page (subject to editing before posting). If you need to make changes to your event after submitting, please email Alice Waugh or Sheila Goldberg.

IMPORTANT: If your event requires advance registration and/or a Zoom link, DO NOT SUMBIT THIS FORM until you have spoken with the Beth El office and obtained those links so you can enter them below.

Enter "none" if advance registration is not required. We can't publicize events without this link if it's needed — make sure you obtain one from the office (as well as a Zoom link if necessary) before you fill out this form.
Will there be a Zoom link?*
Try to get the link from the office but enter "to come" if you don't have it yet
Can we publish the Zoom link on the public website, or do people need to register in order to get it?*
Does this event warrant advance publicity beyond the Beth El website and emails?*
We need as much notice as possible for publicize events that may attract prospective members.
(for example, a link to the bio page of the speaker, or organization home page)
Accepted file types: jpg, png, Max. file size: 32 MB.
The webmasters will create/reuse an image if one is not provided. If you do provide an image, a horizontal (landscape) shape is preferable.
